Wild Cannabis Return Policy

We want you to love every Wild Cannabis purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the full policy below before requesting a return.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To begin a return, email our support team with the following details:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Address & Phone Number
- Reason for Return
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide the next steps for shipping your item(s) back. Refunds, store credits, or replacements will be issued after the returned item is received and processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
We may request photos or videos of any damaged or defective items before approving your return. Our team may also provide simple troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue faster and avoid unnecessary return fees.
Important: Cosmetic damage from the manufacturer must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following consumable products cannot be returned:
- Gummies, tinctures, capsules, and other ingestible items
- Vapes, cartridges, pods, and coils
- Batteries and disposable devices
- Any product considered consumable
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items. All original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return Processing Fees
A 15% return processing fee may apply in the following situations:
- Items are opened and/or non-defective
- Products show signs of damage or misuse
- Devices are not cleaned or emptied before return
Alternative Devices
If returning alternative or reusable devices, ensure they are fully cleaned and free of residue. If the return is confiscated during shipping due to contamination, Wild Cannabis cannot be held responsible.
Returns received with residual odor or media will incur a 15% processing fee.
Promotional & Sale Items
Promotional items and bundles are final sale unless defective.
If a promotional item is defective, only store credit or a refund will be issued — no replacements.
If returning items from a promotional bundle, the promotional item must also be included. If it is not returned, the full retail value of that item will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by the customer or shipping carrier will incur:
- A 15% processing fee
- Non-refundable shipping charges (including deduction of the original free-shipping cost)
Refunds to Prepaid Cards
Refunds to prepaid cards will be attempted per our standard refund policy. Wild Cannabis is not responsible for refunds to prepaid cards that are lost, expired, or no longer in the customer’s possession.
Policy Accuracy
We do our best to ensure all product and policy information is accurate. Occasionally, errors or manufacturer updates may occur. Wild Cannabis reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and is not liable for typographical errors.
