We ship same day on all orders placed before 4 PM EST (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 4 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Enjoy FREE USPS shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
Orders below $75 will include a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Tip: Combine items or buy in bulk to save on both product cost and shipping!

📦 Discreet USPS Delivery

All packages are shipped discreetly through USPS with no mention of brand names or product types on the exterior.
Your privacy matters — every order is packed carefully and securely.

⏱ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed immediately upon payment.
  • Transit: USPS transit times generally range from 2–5 business days depending on location.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number.

Note: USPS tracking updates may sometimes be delayed. If tracking stalls, please contact USPS first, then our support team if needed.

⚠ Order Issues & Quality Checks

We inspect every item before shipping. If a product does not meet quality standards, we’ll remove it from your order and contact you.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at asks@wildcannabis.com with your order # and photos.

📭 Lost or Undelivered Packages

Once your package is handed to USPS, it is in their custody.

  • Contact USPS Customer Service (1-800-ASK-USPS) to start a claim if tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing.
  • After contacting USPS, our team can assist further if needed.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns. We are not responsible for additional reshipment costs due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

To keep orders moving quickly, once an order is placed and processing begins, we cannot alter, cancel, or add items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
